Our hand-packed oysters are selected for highest quality from all oysters received from farmers. Each pack is prepared by hand with special care and attention, including checking for weight and the inclusion of any metal. This is the most popular way to purchase oysters and is available seasonally through our online shops. We now offer 200g packs to wholesale markets in addition to our traditional 500g packs.

Shucked oysters are packed in tubes with sterilized seawater to preserve freshness. These products are primarily distributed to supermarkets. We produce a variety of net weights within the range of 120g to 200g using oysters from all of our cooperating fisheries.

Just like our regular tubes, oysters are enclosed with sterilized seawater to preserve freshness. They are also intended for supermarkets and are distributed to larger stores that also cater to small restaurants. Large tubes include oysters from all regions in sizes from 400g to 800g.

Just like your tube oysters but packed in a convenient and easy-to-display tray. These products are distributed to supermarkets. Trays are generally set at 100g per pack, which means the number of oysters contained can vary greatly depending on the weight of oysters as the season progresses.

These trays are the wide pack version of our regular supermarket trays. Generally, this product is sold with a net weight of 120g. We also offer a tray in this size with 8 individual oyster slots to guarantee a minimum of 8 oysters per pack.

Large trays are the largest pack with oysters in sterilized seawater that we offer. These trays are popular for any occasion from hot pot parties and other large gatherings to small restaurant use. They come in two tray depth sizes, 20mm and 30mm, with net weights of 300g and 500g, respectively.

Our bulk wholesale products range in quality and size, in 5kg and 1kg net weights. Currently we only offer these products directly to wholesale markets.

Raw shells are brought back from farmers and stored in on-site storage tanks. These temperature-controlled tanks are continually supplied with processed seawater. The seawater is also infused with oxygen nano-bubbles, which help to keep the oysters clean and free of bacteria. Oysters are washed, cleaned, and sorted prior to their arrival at our facility and again before being packed for shipping. We source traditional magaki (Pacifica) shells from Sakoshi and Aioi as well as triploid oysters under the brand name “Samurai Gold.”

We offer both frozen oysters-in-shell and vacuum-packed frozen shucked oysters. Our frozen shucked oysters are some of the highest quality frozen oysters in Japan. At our HACCP-certified freezing facility, we use a flash-freezing and quick packaging technique that allows us to maintain oyster quality without a "drip" at the time of cooking. Using an electromagnetic proton freezer, oysters freeze with a microscopic crystalline structure without breaking the oyster cell wall avoiding a common drip and off-flavor associated with long-term storage of oysters. Additionally, oysters are frozen without excess water (commonly called glazing), which ensures that they retain their appealing texture without becoming mushy. Customers can also be sure that the weight of the product they buy is the weight of the product they can use.
